About industrial constant velocity joints
We propose improvements for issues such as rotational unevenness, vibration, and noise! Introducing our constant velocity joints.
Traditionally, universal joints and couplings have been the mainstream choices for industrial joints. Universal joints, also known as cross joints, are characterized by their ability to accommodate large operating angles (up to 30 degrees). Additionally, the cross mechanism reduces backlash. However, for high-angle rotations, the motion involves a rapid-slow-rapid-slow rotation within one complete turn, which can lead to issues such as rotational irregularities, vibrations, or noise. To address such issues, we propose the use of constant velocity joints. **Features of Constant Velocity Joints** - Reduction of vibration and noise due to smooth constant rotation - Increased product accuracy through constant rotation (eliminating secondary processing) - Shortened alignment work time (reducing labor costs) - Compact constant velocity joints with a large allowable expansion, making installation easy - Due to the ball joint design, they have a longer lifespan and strength compared to universal joints of the same size (excellent strength, durability, and high reliability) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
